MORE THAN AN ATHLETE
Collegiate athletes are often defined by their sport. An injury can turn their world upside down and cause them to rethink their identity.
Rebekah Bean and I were both collegiate athletes at BYU and have experienced this firsthand.
We talked with other athletes who have experienced injury and asked them,
"What advice would you give to an athlete struggling with injury?"
We collected athlete's personal injury stories and created a coffee table book.
This is accessible to all BYU students and student athletes, in hopes to
inspire and remind others they are "More Than An Athlete".
